ΠΩΓΩΝΗΣΙΑ ΚΟΥΡΚΟΥΤΟΠΙΤΑ

ΠΩΓΩΝΗΣΙΑ ΚΟΥΡΚΟΥΤΟΠΙΤΑ

 

ΚΟΥΡΚΟΥΤΟΠΙTA
από  την Κα. Τούλα Βράνου-Κούλα

ΥΛΙΚΑ :
1,5 φλυτζάνι  αλεύρι
1 φλυτζάνι  νερό
2-3  αυγά
1,5 φλυτζάνι  τυριά  τριμμένα (κυρίως  φέτα)
6  κουτ.  σούπας  ελαιόλαδο (2 για  το  ζυμάρι  και  4 για  το  ταψί)
αλάτι,  πιπέρι
Σ' όποιον  αρέσει  τρίβει  μέσα  λίγο  δυόσμο ή  ρίγανη

ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ
      Σ' ένα  μεγάλο  μπολ  βάζουμε  το  αλεύρι,  κάνουμε  μια  λακούβα  και  ρίχνουμε  τα  αυγά, το λάδι,   αλάτι,   πιπέρι  και   σιγά-σιγά   το   νερό.  Το   μίγμα   πρέπει   να   είναι   παχύρευστο.   Στο  τέλος  προσθέτουμε  το  τυρί  και  ανακατεύουμε.
      Βάζουμε  το   λάδι  στο  ταψάκι,  κουνάμε  πέρα-δώθε  να  πάει  παντού  και  το  βάζουμε  στο φούρνο,  που  είναι  προθερμασμένος  στους  200ο  C,  μέχρι  να  κάψει   το  λάδι.    Όταν   κάψει (σε  10΄ περίπου),    ρίχνουμε    μέσα   το    μίγμα,    ισιώνουμε    την     επιφάνεια   και   ψήνουμε 20΄περίπου  μέχρι  να  ροδοκοκκινίσει. 

ΣΧΟΛΙΟ
Την  ίδια  συνταγή,  με  μικρές  παραλλάγές,  συναντάμε  σε  πολλά  μέρη  της  Ελλάδας  με  διαφορετικές  ονομασίες,  όπως   Ζυμαρόπιτα,  Αλευρόπιτα  κ.λπ.
