ΣΗΜΑΝΤΙΚΟ ΠΛΗΓΜΑ ΣΤΗ ΔΡΑΣΗ ΚΑΚΟΠΟΙΩΝ

Σημαντικό ρόλο στην εμπέδωση του αισθήματος ασφάλειας στους κατοίκους της περιοχής του Πωγωνίου διαδραματίζει η ηγεσία της Αστυνομικής Διεύθυνσης Ιωαννίνων και Ηπείρου με την έντονη παρουσία και κινητικότητα.

Τα σώματα ασφαλείας έχουν καταφέρει τους τελευταίους μήνες σημαντικό πλήγμα στη δράση κυκλωμάτων που λεηλατούν τις περιουσίες των δημοτών μας. Μία ακόμη σημαντική επιτυχία ήταν η σύλληψη,  από το Αστυνομικό Τμήμα Δελβινακίου και το Τμήμα Εγκληματολογικών Ερευνών Ηπείρου, σπείρας που είχε διαπράξει δεκατέσσερις συνολικά διαρρήξεις – κλοπές στην ευρύτερη περιοχή του Πωγωνίου και της Κόνιτσας.

Το υψηλό αίσθημα ευθύνης που διακατέχει τόσο το Διοικητή του Α.Τ. Δελβινακίου κ. Παπαδόπουλο Χρήστο, όσο και όλους τους αστυνομικούς που επανδρώνουν το Αστυνομικό Τμήμα καθώς και τα Τμήματα Συνοριακής φύλαξης της περιοχής, επαναφέρει το αίσθημα ασφάλειας στους κατοίκους του ακριτικού Πωγωνίου.

Αναγνωρίζουμε ότι οι επιτυχίες τους οφείλονται κατά κύριο λόγο στις φιλότιμες προσπάθειες του προσωπικού, που παρά τις αντικειμενικές δυσκολίες και την έλλειψη μέσων, ξεπερνούν τα εμπόδια και αγωνίζονται καθημερινά και την προστασία της ζωής και της περιουσίας των κατοίκων της περιοχής.

Τους συγχαίρουμε και τους ευχαριστούμε, για μία ακόμη φορά, για την άριστη συνεργασία. Δεσμευόμαστε επίσης να συνεχίζουμε να  στηρίζουμε το έργο τους με κάθε πρόσφορο τρόπο. Παράλληλα, εμμένουμε στην απαίτησή μας από την πολιτεία, για αύξηση της αστυνόμευσης της ευρύτερης περιοχής προκειμένου να ελαχιστοποιηθεί κατά το δυνατό η εγκληματικότητα που τα τελευταία χρόνια παρουσιάζει ραγδαία αύξηση.
