Δελτίο Τύπου για την ανάρτηση Δασικών Χαρτών της Π.Ε Ιωαννίνων

Από την Αποκεντρωμένη Διοίκηση Ηπείρου - Δυτ. Μακεδονίας ανακοινώνεται ότι με την με αριθμ. 110093/2-8-2017 (ΑΔΑ: 7014ΟΡ1Γ-ΧΚΝ) απόφαση της Δ/νσης Δασών Ιωαννίνων τροποποιείται η με αριθμ. πρωτ. 18113/10-2-2017 ΕΠΑΝΑΛΗΨΗ ΣΤΟ ΟΡΘΟ [20-2-2017-Ως προς τον καθορισμό των περιοχών του άρθρου 23 παρ. 2α και 2β του Ν. 3889/2010 (ΑΔΑ: 654ΣΟΡ1Γ-84Ω) απόφαση θεώρησης της Διεύθυνσης Δασών Ιωαννίνων], απόφαση: «Ανάρτηση Δασικών Χαρτών όλων των προ- Καποδιστριακών Ο.Τ.Α. (303 ΟΤΑ) των Δήμων Βόρειων Τζουμέρκων, Δωδώνης, Ζαγορίου, Ζίτσας, Κόνιτσας, Μετσόβου, Πωγωνίου και Ιωαννιτών (πλην των Δημοτικών Κοινοτήτων Ανατολής και Κατσικά του Δήμου Ιωαννιτών), των μελετών με κωδικούς Δ4-03 και Μ1-13 και πρόσκληση ενδιαφερομένων για υποβολή αντιρρήσεων», όσον αφορά τις προθεσμίες και τις καταληκτικές ημερομηνίες υποβολής αντιρρήσεων.
Για την ενημέρωση των πολιτών σε θέματα δασικών χαρτών που αφορούν στην ανωτέρω περιοχή έχει συσταθεί Σημείο Υποστήριξης Ανάρτησης Δασικού Χάρτη (ΣΥΑΔΧ Π.Ε Ιωαννίνων), που βρίσκεται επί της Μαρ. Κοτοπούλη 62, Τ.Κ 45445, τηλέφωνο επικοινωνίας 2651088041, τηλεομοιοτυπία 2651088049, δ/νση ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου Αυτή η διεύθυνση ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου προστατεύεται από τους αυτοματισμούς αποστολέων ανεπιθύμητων μηνυμάτων. Χρειάζεται να ενεργοποιήσετε τη JavaScript για να μπορέσετε να τη δείτε., τις εργάσιμες ημέρες, κατά τις ώρες 08:00-16:00, καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της υποβολής αντιρρήσεων.
Οι ανωτέρω δασικοί χάρτες είναι προσβάσιμοι για τους πολίτες στον ειδικό διαδικτυακό τόπο ανάρτησης δασικών χαρτών και υποβολής αντιρρήσεων της ιστοσελίδας της ΕΚΧΑ Α.Ε https://www.ktimanet.gr/CitizenWebApp/Entrance_Page.aspx και στην ιστοσελίδα της Αποκεντρωμένης Διοίκησης Ηπείρου - Δυτικής Μακεδονίας (www.apdhp-dm.gov.gr).
Η υποβολή αντιρρήσεων κατά του περιεχομένου του δασικού χάρτη πραγματοποιείται εντός αποκλειστικής προθεσμίας, η οποία ξεκίνησε την Παρασκευή 24 Φεβρουαρίου 2017 με καταληκτική ημερομηνία την 7η Σεπτεμβρίου 2017, ημέρα Πέμπτη.
Η ΥΠΟΒΟΛΗ ΤΩΝ ΑΝΤΙΡΡΗΣΕΩΝ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΔΥΝΑΤΗ ΜΟΝΟ ΗΛΕΚΤΡΟΝΙΚΑ ΣΤΗΝ ΙΣΤΟΣΕΛΙΔΑ ΤΗΣ ΕΚΧΑ, ΜΕ ΤΗ ΣΥΜΠΛΗΡΩΣΗ ΕΙΔΙΚΗΣ ΦΟΡΜΑΣ.
