ΑΝΑΚΟΙΝΩΣΗ- ΠΡΟΣΚΛΗΣΗ
Ο ΠΡΟΕΔΡΟΣ ΤΟΥ ΠΕΡΙΦΕΡΕΙΑΚΟΥ ΣΥΜΒΟΥΛΙΟΥ
Ανακοινώνει και Προσκαλεί
Έχοντας υπόψη τις διατάξεις  του Ν. 4014/2011 (ΦΕΚ 209/Α΄), σε συνδυασμό με τις διατάξεις των άρθ. 6 & 7 της υπ’ αριθ. οικ. 167563/ΕΥΠΕ/19-04-13 απόφασης (ΦΕΚ 964Β/2013) και άρθ. 6 της υπ’αριθ. οικ. 1649/45 (ΦΕΚ 45Β/2014) ΚΥΑ, τους πολίτες ( κοινό, ενδιαφερόμενο κοινό) και φορείς εκπροσώπησής τους ( οικείο Δημοτικό Συμβούλιο, Δημοτική Επιτροπή Διαβούλευσης,  Ποιότητας Ζωής, Συμβούλιο Δημοτικής ή Τοπικής Κοινότητας ),  να λάβουν γνώση , επί του περιεχομένου του φακέλου τροποποίησης περιβαλλοντικών όρων, εκτός διαβούλευσης, του έργου( Υποκατηγορίας Α2, ομάδας 12ης  α/α 6): «Σταθμός βάσης κινητής τηλεφωνίας με κωδικό ονομασία «ΚΑΣΤΑΝΗ  ΙΩΑΝΝΙΝΩΝ 1001642», θέση «ΚΑΣΤΑΝΗ», Δήμου Πωγωνίου Π.Ε. Ιωαννίνων».
Φορέας πραγματοποίησης και λειτουργίας του έργου ή της δραστηριότητας είναι  η εταιρεία : «VODAFONE- PANAFON  Α.Ε.».
    Αρμόδια Υπηρεσία της Αποκεντρωμένης Διοίκησης Ηπείρου –Δυτικής Μακεδονίας  είναι η  Δ/νση  Περιβάλλοντος και Χωρικού Σχεδιασμού Ηπείρου.                                                                                                      
    Αρμόδια Υπηρεσία της Περιφέρειας Ηπείρου για την παροχή πληροφοριών και στοιχείων είναι  το Περιφερειακό Συμβούλιο  (γρ. : 203  ,Διοικητήριο –Ιωάννινα ), κατά τις εργάσιμες ημέρες και ώρες).
Η παρούσα Ανακοίνωση-Πρόσκληση να δημοσιευθεί στην εφημερίδα «ΠΡΩΙΝΑ ΝΕΑ»  την    04-08- 2017.
Η παρούσα ανακοίνωση αναρτάται στην ιστοσελίδα της Περιφέρειας Ηπείρου στη διαδρομή: www. php.gov.gr/Ενημέρωση/ Νέα-Ανακοινώσεις/ Ανακοινώσεις.
