Βεβαιώσεις Αμπελοκαλλιεργητών για έκδοση άδειας απόσταξης, στα πλαίσια του καθεστώτος μικρών αποσταγματοποιών

Βεβαιώσεις Αμπελοκαλλιεργητών για έκδοση άδειας απόσταξης, στα πλαίσια του καθεστώτος μικρών αποσταγματοποιών

Ενόψει έναρξης της νέας αποστακτικής περιόδου για τη λειτουργία αμβύκων των μικρών αποσταγματοποιών (άρθρο 7 § Ε του ν. 2669/2001) σας γνωρίζουμε τα ακόλουθα:

  •   Η αποστακτικής περιόδου ορίζεται από 16 Οκτωβρίου έως 15 Δεκεμβρίου 2017.
  • Προκειμένου να εκδοθεί άδεια απόσταξης από το Τελωνείο Ιωαννίνων απαιτείται η προσκόμιση από τους αμπελοκαλλιεργητές βεβαίωσης από την αρμόδια Δνση Αγροτικής Οικονομίας και Κτηνιατρικής της Περιφέρειας Ηπείρου – ΠΕ Ιωαννίνων για την ιδιότητα του παραγωγού, των αμπελώνων (συστηματικοί - κληματαριές) και την ποσότητα σταφυλιών που παρήχθησαν (από τις Δηλώσεις συγκομιδής) για όσες εκμεταλλεύσεις βρίσκονται καταχωρημένες στο Αμπελουργικό Μητρώο. Η σχετική βεβαίωση θα εκδίδεται μέχρι το πέρας της καταλυτικής ημερομηνίας (15 Δεκεμβρίου 2017) από το γραφείο 117 στο Διοικητήριο της Περιφέρειας Ηπείρου – Περιφερειακής Ενότητας Ιωαννίνων για όσους παραγωγούς βρίσκονται καταχωρημένοι στη  βάση δεδομένων του Αμπελουργικού Μητρώου.
  •  Για τους παραγωγούς που κατέχουν αμπελοκαλλιέργεια και δεν είναι καταχωρημένοι στη βάση δεδομένων του Αμπελουργικού Μητρώου προκύπτει θέμα νομιμότητας, επειδή σύμφωνα με τον Κανονισμό (ΕΕ) 1308/2013 και την ΥΑ 1011/21054/18-02-2017), απαγορεύεται η φύτευση νέων αμπελώνων χωρίς τη σχετική άδεια από την αρμόδια Δνση Αγροτικής Οικονομίας και Κτηνιατρικής και επομένως η υπηρεσία μας δεν μπορεί να εκδώσει σχετική βεβαίωση.
  •  Για τους παραγωγούς που κατέχουν αμπελοτεμάχια  μεγαλύτερα του 1 στρ.,  προκειμένου να εκδοθεί η σχετική βεβαίωση, απαιτείται υποχρεωτικά η ηλεκτρονική  υποβολή  δήλωσης  συγκομιδής  για  το 2017  μέσω  της  ιστοσελίδας http://e-services.minagric.gr του Υπουργείου Αγροτικής Ανάπτυξης και Τροφίμων.
